my hubby KIM HEECHUL really lost 8 kg for just 2 weeks...

look at him

he's really serious in his diet..

he wrote once on his cyworld entry that

when he's watching his drama

he saw a pig that act..

haha

so he decided to undergo on a diet..

how?

just by eating tofu..

and excercise..

good job my hubby..

but now you achieve that body

u must eat now,,

stop losing weight..

or else u might get sick..

and i dont want that to happen..

look at the result of his diet..
